How does the chat work?

The chat page on Chatterbox lets you send messages, media files and pictures to your learners before, during or between lessons. To make sure you see every message your learners send you, you’ll also get an email notification when a new message comes in. Remember, you shouldn’t use the chat to reschedule a lesson - the learner needs to do that through the Live Practice page.
